This page lists the categories of third-party service providers (subprocessors) that may be used to operate the Magpie platform.
Subprocessors are third-party service providers that process personal data on our behalf as part of delivering the Magpie service. All subprocessors are bound by contractual obligations to protect data and process it only as instructed.
We use the following categories of subprocessors to operate and deliver the Magpie platform:

| Cloud Infrastructure | Hosting, compute resources, and platform infrastructure to run the Magpie service |
| Database Services | Secure storage of customer and device data, including backup and recovery capabilities |
| Email Services | Delivery of transactional emails including alerts, notifications, and account communications |
| Security Services | Protection against malicious traffic, security monitoring, and platform integrity |
Our primary processing occurs within the United Kingdom. Where subprocessors process data in other jurisdictions, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with UK data protection law.
Subprocessors may change from time to time as we improve and operate the service. We will update this page when material changes occur. Customers with specific notification requirements should contact us to discuss their needs.
